Regional Air - offers flights to Lae

Regional Air proposes to operate 3 return charters to Lae on a trial basis

They have scheduled these on Wednesdays 29th of October,and 12th and 26th of November.

All the charters will be on a King Air which seats 7 passengers.

The schedule will be as follows :

Pom/Lae...0600/0645.........................Lae/Pom...0700/0745
Pom/Lae...1700/1745........................Lae/Pom...1800/1845.

They will phone the Lae passengers once the King Air is on taxi in Port Moresby and they will, then, have 45 minutes to get to Nadzab.

Tickets will be 800 Kina for the day return trip.There are no one way fares.

If a company wishes they may have one employee on the morning and a different employee on the evening trip. On the morning trip, they will provide tea/coffee and biscuits,whilst on the afternoon trip there will be beer/wine and sandwiches.

Booking from Lae can be made thru Chris Black at Lae Inter Travel (4721000)and in Port Moresby by phoning Regional Air on 323 6761 and asking for John or Don or email to regional.pom@global.net.pg.

They need a minimum of 6 pax each way to make it pay. If there is sufficient support from both Lae and Port Moresby they will extend it.
