Maréchaussée:
Season 4, Episode 12.
A very good guest stint by Arnold Vosloo as a Wesen bounty hunter who ultimately got Nick as his bounty.
Somewhat reckless of the bounty hunter to leave his iPad for the cops to find.
Harrowing to see Juliette's latest experience with what she is going through and what a surprise that it is her who kills the bounty hunter.

Trial By Fire:
Season 4, Episode 13.
Pretty enjoyable episode about an arson case (hence the episode title) and what a return for Peter Orson.
It was certainly an unpleasant reunion between Orson and Monroe.
Juliette finally tells Nick what has been happening to her at the end and what a conversation that is going to be.

Bad Luck:
Season 4, Episode 14.
Guest stars Romy Rosemont. Rosemont had a recurring guest role in Glee and I just saw her in that series last week in 6.8 A Wedding.
The legend of the rabbit’s foot finally pops up here and not very pleasant how a rabbit’s foot is obtained and now realised the irony here of it bringing good luck as it wasn’t good luck for the boy rabbit wesen who lost his life because of his foot.
Adalind sure got a shock from Henrietta that the former was going to have another baby and oh dear it’s Nick thanks to Adalind being in the guise Juliette earlier on. Oh dear.

Double Date:
Season 4, Episode 15.
My idea of a double date is with myself with two women.
However in this case it is that of two people, a man and a woman, in the same body and conning a gullible man.
The idea of two people in one body is something that Grimm co-creator David Greenwalt is familiar with. Greenwalt is a name that is familiar to Buffy fans including being the co-creator of spin-off Angel and Linus/Stacy in this Grimm episode is definitely reminiscent of Glory/Ben from Buffy.
It seems somewhat too plot convenient that Nick easily figured out that Linus and Stacy are in the same body.
After Stacy may or may not have been killed off, Linus says that he loves Stacy. This sure takes the concept of loving one’s partner as part of one body quite literally in this sense.

Heartbreaker:
Season 4, Episode 16.
Oh my only on Grimm would anyone literally die of heartbreak.
Obviously a take of the frog prince story and not bad at it.
Papua New Guinea got a mention here and that brought a little nostalgia for me as, of course, I used to live there a long time ago hence why I am in this forum.

Hibernaculum:
Season 4, Episode 17.
Monroe and Rosalee are finally told that Juliette is a Hexenbiest and in the absence of everyone else Rosalee said: “She’s a freaking Hexenbiest!” That was very very funny and no doubt someone is going to put that on a T-Shirt.
Rosalee’s reaction alone was worth seeing this episode as the main storyline needs constant body heat to survive otherwise they literally freeze to death was enjoyable.
Also enjoyable is Juliette’s so far unsuccessful attempt to kill Adalind.

Mishipeshu:
Season 4, Episode 18.
The episode title relates to Native American culture.
Not bad tale about revenge and the remaining bad guy got what was coming to him at the end but surprising on who took out this revenge.
Meanwhile Juliette still not content on being a Hexenbiest causes trouble at a bar which result in her landing in jail. Looks like this is going to get worse before it becomes better that is if it does become better.

Iron Hans:
Season 4, Episode 19.
Nick, Hank and Monroe investigate a homicide that looks like it is connected with a Wesen boys camp.
Not bad storyline but not really great either.
It is however the long running story arc of Juliette the Hexenbiest and Adalind finally revealing her pregnancy to Renard and then to the baby’s father Nick.
Quite harrowing for Juliette that Nick chose to protect the pregnant Adalind from Juliette.
Somewhat distressing that Juliette has now aligned herself with Kenneth which saw her burning Aunt Marie’s cabin.

You Don’t Know Jack:
Antepenultimate episode of season 4.
The cops are on a case in which Wesen members of the oldest profession have been murdered by a Jack the Ripper copycat or is it Jack the Ripper himself hence the episode title.
Meanwhile the principal characters are mourning the loss of Aunt Marie’s cabin thanks to it being burned down by Juliette at the end of the previous episode Iron Hans.
Amusing that Nick got Adalind to stay at Bud’s thinking it was the last place Juliette would look for her there.
As result of the return of his previous wound, Renard has another bizarre thing happening to him when he found himself face down in a pool with no memory of how he got there.
Somehow I saw Henrietta’s death coming as she got killed at the end by Jack the Ripper whose face we do not see.

Headache:
Penultimate episode of season 4.
Whilst Renard has been discovered to be possessed by Jack the Ripper, Kelly, thanks to a lure by Juliette, brings Diana back to Portland.
Unfortunately this turns out to be a deadly for Kelly and I was not surprised that it was her head that Nick found in the box.
When we first learnt of Kelly in the series we were told that she had been killed only for her to turn up alive later on. Sadly here in Headache it looks like she is dead for real.

Not long after watching Headache saw the Bates Motel season 3 finale Unconscious which incidentally was shown three days after its original transmission in the US and that too had a character who previously had a fake death only to become dead for real this time around.
