The Hues of Doom:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeBk3p6RJf8 Tacky fan made animation with the Sixth Doctor and Peri but a bit amusing towards the end.

The Day of the Troll:
The Day of the Troll is an exclusive to audio story featuring the Tenth Doctor. It is part of the BBC Books' New Series Adventures. Written by Simon Messingham, it was released on October 8 2009. Featuring the Tenth Doctor on his own without a companion The Day of the Troll takes place before Planet of the Dead. With the setting of Earth in the far future beset for famine and starvation it makes for a very good backdrop for the titular troll. The revelation of where the troll came about was quite shocking. While the troll is a big threat in this story the real villain is the food minister Hamilton Bryant and the fate he meets is truly well deserved. A very thrilling story.

Verity: Men, Bitches and Daleks:
http://gallifreynewsbase.blogspot.co...tches-and.html Verity: Men, Bitches and Daleks is a short film made by Thomas Cowell and Joey Guy who are film students from the University of Central Lancaster and it is about the first producer of Doctor Who Verity Lambert. Taking place in 1963, the film chronicles Verity’s early days as Doctor Who producer from her appointment by BBC Head of Drama and Doctor Who creator Sydney Newman to her proven right about putting the Daleks on TV. Absolutely fascinating little film especially Rachel Watson’s performance as Verity Lambert.

Snowfall:
Snowfall is an online short story on the BBC Doctor Who site as part of the 2010 Advent calendar. Part 1: http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/dw/ne...lendar_day_09b Part 1 incidentally was released on December 9 which happens to be my birthday. Quite a good setup for this story taking place at a train station as David Kershaw encounters an acquaintance who unexpectedly found something in common with him.

Burning Ice:
Burning Ice is a short story that is part of the 2010 advent calendar from Doctor Who Times & Blink: http://thedoctorwhotimes.co.uk/advent/ Part 1 of the story can be found on 8. Part 1: The Eleventh Doctor is on his own whilst Amy and Rory are somewhere else on their honeymoon when he arrived at the small town of Silver Woods. The story so far is nicely done especially as it leads to the Doctor meeting the adversary here.

The Last Voyage:
The Last Voyage is an exclusive to audio story featuring the Tenth Doctor. It is part of the BBC Books' New Series Adventures. Written by Dan Abnett, it was released on January 7 2010. The Last Voyage l takes place before Planet of the Dead but after the audio story The Day of the Troll. Read by the Tenth Doctor himself David Tennant. The Doctor arrives on a spaceship or to be more precise an Interstitial Transposition Vehicle and investigates why almost all of the crew and passengers have disappeared. One of the crew Sugar McCauley assists the Doctor in this adventure and Dan Abnett has written her well as the stand-in companion. The mystery was well played out for this very good story. The title The Last Voyage is fitting for the chronology of the Tenth Doctor as he will soon have a last voyage of his own.

Snowfall
Cold Snap Part 1: http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/dw/ne...endar_day_10br In the opening installment of Snowfall we meet Big Jack. For the first part of Cold Snap we found out how he met the Doctor. The Doctor helps out a family as they are stranded in a theatre. Soon a menace lurks nearby. The story so far is quite creepy with a good cliffhanger. From DoctorWhoNews.com: BBC America has released a video to tie in with A Christmas Carol entitled A Christmas Carol - Exclusive Inside Look: http://gallifreynewsbase.blogspot.co...side-look.html
