Love-All Episode 4:

Thrilling resolution to the previous cliffhanger with Emma defeating her assailant in a fight.
Good revelation at the end about the ring.

Saw the movie A Good Man In Africa (1994) and the cast included Sean Connery and Diana Rigg.
Diana Rigg is of course a legend to The Avengers fans as she was Emma Peel.
Curiously enough a few years later, Connery himself would meet Emma Peel the character when he was cast as the villain Sir August De Wynter in the 1998 The Avengers movie where Emma was played Uma Thurman.
In A Good Man In Africa, Connery played a medical doctor and coincidentally I had also seen him as another medical doctor as the title character in the movie Medicine Man which was released in 1992, two years before A Good Man In Africa.
In another curio Medicine Man is similar in name to The Avengers episode The Medicine Men a third season episode in 1963.

Get-a-Way Episode 1:

Remake of the penultimate episode of the same name of the TV series.
The TV episode featured Tara King but this radio episode has Emma Peel in her place.
Intriguing beginning at the monastery and that it is not what it seems to be.
Good cliffhanger when someone got killed.

Brought To Book (Big Finish):
Season 1, Episode 2.
This is the Big Finish remake of Brought To Book.
Colin Baker makes his second and final appearance as Dr Tredding.
A very good follow-up to the series opener Hot Snow as it in the immediate aftermath of the murder of Keel’s fiancée.
Exciting the infiltration of the drug operation and how it all wrap up in the end.

The accompanying interviews are enjoyable including Julian Wadham (Steed) having memories of the original TV episodes and that his father wearing a bowler hat made his think of him as Steed.

Intriguing when Emma tracks down an issue of a magazine which costs a man his life. Take about a deadly price.
Steed speculates in a fun manner about Emma being made a dame.
While Emma is played in the radio series by Diane Appleby, original Emma Peel actor Diana Rigg was later made a dame herself.
