Absolution:
Penultimate episode of season 3.
Funny when Fitz had to pretend to be a general with CGI effects of taking on the appearance of this general in order to get the codes.
The capture of Hive could easily been the end of this episode if it weren't for him later to be broken out of his containment.
Daisy meets up with Hive at the end of the episode and in retrospect it should not have been a surprise the request she made to him.

Ascension:
Season 3 finale.
Coulson talks to Hive and to the surprise of the latter, the former turned out to be a hologram as Coulson's physical location was somewhere else whilst operating this hologram of himself.
This episode was broadcast on May 17 2016. Somewhat coincidentally The Flash season 2 finale The Race of His Life shown a week later on May 24 had the villain Zoom talking to Caitlin only for Caitlin to be a hologram as she was somewhere else operating the hologram of herself.
Shocked that Lincoln sacrificing himself to kill Hive on the quinjet. Daisy says I love you to Lincoln when the latter was on the quinjet but the communications was cut off before Lincoln could say it back to her.
Definitely reminds me of Rose saying to the Tenth Doctor that she loves him in Doomsday but the communications was cut off before the Doctor could say it back to her.
Intriguing that we then jumps six months after Lincoln's death to find that Daisy has now become Quake angry with what went on during the bulk of this episode.
Also intriguing that the episode and the season ends with Radcliffe's new invention.

Season 4 will be fasttracked to 7flix after it starts in the US on September 20.

Meanwhile Mallory Jansen has joined Season Four of Agents of SHIELD as A.I AIDA that was alluded to in the Season 3 finale Ascension.

Coincidentally I am now seeing her in her regular role in Galavant.

The Ghost:
Season 4 opener.
Directed by Billy Gierhart.
Torchwood is a series said to be similar to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Gierhart himself had directed on Torchwood's own fourth season Miracle Day although he did direct that season opener The New World.
Interesting introduction to Robby Reyes/Ghost Rider and quite moving by what Daisy sees of him at the near end of the episode.
Mallory Jensen makes her debut as AIDA and appears naked in front of Fitz. There was a similar situation to this in Not Another Happy Ending in which my wife Karen Gillan was the beautiful naked woman in a particular scene. Curiously enough Iain De Caestecker (Fitz) himself was in Not Another Happy Ending but not in that particular scene.

Meet The New Boss:
Season 4, Episode 2.
The said new boss is Jeffrey Mace played by Jason O'Mara. O'Mara had played Sam Tyler in the US Life On Mars.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is said to be similar to Torchwood and while the original Sam Tyler, John Simm never appeared in Torchwood there was an explicit reference to his character Harold Saxon (aka the Master) with Vote Saxon posters in the penultimate Torchwood season 1 episode Captain Jack Harkness which was made as a tie in reference to the Master story arc in the 2007 season of Doctor Who.
Not bad the storyline about ghosts beginning with the ghost in the house.
Nice the brief reunion of Daisy with Mack and Fitz as each party were both tracking Reyes.
Poor May as she got incarcerated for seeing ghosts.

Uprising:
Season 4, Episode 3.
Following a blackout caused by an EMP, S.H.I.E.L.D. is publicly brought back and intriguing who and what is staying at Senator Nadeer’s place.

Let Me Stand Next To Your Fire:
Season 4, Episode 4.
Quite a trick Daisy pulls on Simmons with the latter’s search for an apartment for her and Fitz.
When the saying fight fire with fire is mentioned it was truly half-literal to the situation at hand.
Clever of Simmons deducing what AIDA is.

Lockup:
Season 4, Episode 5.
What a shock when Mace revealed on live TV that he is an Inhuman.
Quite clever of how Simmons got out of the lie detector test due to her saying to Mace that she might say that she does not believe him to be a hero.
Senator Nadeer blackmails Mace with certain information she possesses and I wonder what she demands for her sitting on this information.
During the Mace interview George Stephanopoulos appears as himself and back in 2014, Stephanopoulos interviewed non-Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. MCU actor my wife Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy) about her then new show Selfie.

The Good Samaritan:
Season 4, Episode 6.
Coulson and Mace talked about Han Solo and whether he was a hero.
Curious enough when Jason O’Mara (Mace) had played Sam Tyler in the US Life On Mars where he travelled back in time he used the name Luke Skywalker to his mother Rose.
Interesting flashback about the Ghost Rider including the accident that got Gabe paralysed.
It looks like this is the end of Lucy.
Perhaps it should not be surprising even in retrospect that Morrow wanted the Darkhold’s power for himself.
