I have great memories of Paul's cafe! I remember going there on a Saturday for lunch after my folks closed up the photo shop. I would open the door and a waft of cold air-conditioned air and the smell of coffee and toasted sandwiches would fill my nostrils! I remember always ordering a chicken and mayonnaise toasted sandwich and usually an iced coffee or sometimes a chocolate milk shake, but more often than not an iced coffee. Paul would then come and sit and chat with mum and dad and speak in their native tongue, Austrian!! Ahh, those were the days I'm sorry he passed away from pneumonia. Salut Paul .. may you and mum continue the chats you had so many years ago
