Hello Friends,
My name is Marcel Ries and I live in Luxembourg/Europe. Since awhile citicens of Luxembourg get one ring phone calls from far away places, there included Papua New Guinea. The local News paper posted a warning not to answer or to call back because it could become expensif. That's why I write to you asking a possible help. I noted down a few of these phone numbers.
