Kavieng Sportsfishing

Hello all,

I will be visiting Kavieng in approx 3 weeks and staying at the Nusa Island Retreat. I am travelling with a group of keen surfers, however the focus of my trip will be fishing.

I would very much like to hear details of game or sportsfishing charter operations in the area as I am told they are available. I have arranged access to a banana boat on a daily basis, but also wanted the chance to get out with a professional skipper.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Secondly, what fish should I be targetting during the month of February. This will help with the fishing gear I am planning to take.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
