A scrum between the Waratahs and ? Bob thinks it was Comworks but isn't sure. He's halfback for the Waratahs and out to the side.

Comworks wore a white jersey with a red "V". My father tells me that prior to Comworks forming there used to be a DCA team, and a QANTAS team.

There were usually only 4 teams in the A Grade competition, and when I was growing up they were Comworks, Waratahs, High Tech and Marshall Lagoon.

I think the team shown above is Marshall Lagoon. From memory their jersey was green with a gold "V".

My father still has a pile of Lae Rugby League Programs from the 1960's so I will try and get hold of them in the near future and post a few pages to this site.
