Did you know that you can get driving lessons here in Port Moresby from the Salvation Army Driving School ?

DRIVING COURSE :

They offer 10 lessons for K350.00. The lesson goes on for a month. you will take (1) lesson per hour, (3) days a week.

After the completion of the 10 lessons you will be issued with a certificate.

You will be required to organise for your driving test with the Police Department following your lessons. If you need to use their school driving car for the test you will be required to pay an extra K35.00 for the hour it is booked out.

NOTE : Payments for the following are to The Department of Transport and not Boroko Vocational Driving School :

The following fees are not included in the K350.00 fee mentioned above :

• Learners Permit - K15.00
• License Test (per try) - K30.00
• 12 Months Probationary License - K15.00
• Actual Driving License - K40.00

RULES : NO REFUND will beissued unless 24 hours notice is given for booked lessons. This is to ensure no hour is wasted and that they are able to give your time to someone else.

NO CHEWING BETELNUT or SMOKING during the lessons.

Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your lesson.

NO REFUND will be given for that lesson. If you are late to the lesson that time will be deducted from YOUR HOUR.

No exemptions will be made. If you are 1/2 an hour late or more, your lesson will be cancelled and NO REFUND issued.
