Pistolday is on a distinguished road
Hi,

I'm trying to help my sister obtain a certified copy of her birth certificate. It's needed to apply for a temporary Australian Visa.

What is she supposed to do with the Birth certificate application form once it's been filled in? Where should it be sent to? Via e-mail? Post? How is payment arranged?

Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

PD
