The penultimate episode of Runaways season 2, Earth Angel has Molly (Allegra Acosta) saying that they, the Runaways, are not Cylons from Alex’s (Rhenzy Feliz) Doctor Who show.

Cylons in Doctor Who!

Although the sonic screwdriver was neither seen nor mentioned there was however one moment that made me think of the sonic screwdriver not doing wood.

If I had gotten to write The Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia entry on Madame Kovarian I would write that she made Gangers of Karen Gillan for every Matthew See in existence.

Salt of the Earth:
Salt of the Earth is a short story by Trudi Canavan as part of the Time Trips collection.
Featuring the Third Doctor and Jo.
Overall not a bad story being set in Australia although kind of confusing in certain places.

Rory’s Adventure:
Rory’s Adventure is a short story that was originally published in the 2012 Annual and later republished in the Heroes and Monsters Collection.
Written by Justin Richards.
This adventure has Rory on his own as he some free time away from the Doctor.
Not bad the action taking place at a bakery and a young boy that he befriends here.

The British actress struck gold in 2012 when she was cast as Clara Oswald in the acclaimed series Doctor Who. She worked alongside two Doctors: Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi.”

Other work of hers that was looked at were Emmerdale, Me Before You & Victoria.

Mind Scar:
Mind Scar is fan fiction by Shani Cossins published in DE #237.
Featuring the First Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara.
Fascinating story in which the Doctor and companions are at the court of Henry VIII including presenting the King’s temperament and the reason for it.

This story kind of mirrors the Fifth Doctor TV story The King’s Demons as both features a depiction of a real-life king with John in The King’s Demons and both features a jousting.
