Lower unit has just been let. The 4bdroom with ensuite, aircond, security, water would be available for rent after June 2008. Currrently fully tenanted by top clients.

I am looking to buy a property (house or unit, 2-3 bdrm), in any condition for K250-400,000, anywhere in NCD. Not desperate but appreciate contacts. Real estates in NCD are not helpful, re info I require. I am in Vanuatu.
