Travelling the Sepik River

Greetings,

I am looking for partners to travel the Sepik together.

The plan is to depart Wewak on August 26 night with a PMV to Pagwi.
The tour is organized by PNG Frontier Adventures.

Is anyone interested to join?

Best,

Efrat

Yes you are right Nelson, Sepik River in New Guinea is one of the largest river and every year approximately more than 70000 people visit this river. Because it's the best place for fishing. It’s the most populated area of New Guinea. The local foods of this area are awesome. The transportation is also quite comfortable.

Sepik river is very rewarding experience of remote travel in PNG. You will travel a lot by boat, many villages along the river side, village life beauty. Quite unbelievable, but there is mobile phone coverage in about every village by the river in the Sepik even in upper Sepik more remote like Wagu village.
Have you visited ever canadian tour

No matter how long your visit to the Sepik will be, half a day, a week or more, it is a “must” visit place in PNG you will never forget and it will leave a strong impression on you. One thing which is more important, to start it is very difficult to find information on PNG beside the obvious very expensive organized trips.

The PNG format includes these features:

You can not only make one color transparent, but you can control the degree of transparency (this is also called "opacity").
Interlacing (see interlaced GIF) of the image is supported and is faster in developing than in the GIF format.
Gamma correction allows you to "tune" the image in terms of color brightness required by specific display manufacturers.
Images can be saved using true color as well as in the palette and gray-scale formats provided by the GIF.

Dear Estee you have write all the information about “Portable Network Graphics” (PNG), while I was talking about the “Papua New Guinea” (PNG). Both are totally different, on the above sharing you were talking about the “Sepik River” travelling and “Portable Network Graphics” have not any connection to this.

You can get further information about (PNG) “Papua New Guinea” from:
