Governments efforts to counter terrorism include Diro's ludicrous Security Adviser package at a mind blasting K270,000/annum ++++ while the average wage earner can hardly put food on the table for 14 days. Where is justice and morals, here ?

These guys are basta*ds who have no heart for the common taxpayers who suffer from lack of even the basic services whilst they engage on numerous overseas trips, pay their cronies mega bucks for doing nothing, giving themselves a payrise while freezing salaries for the working class and the list goes on.

Why can't the masses take to the streets; it seems everyone is suffering silently due to ignorance, afraid of heavy handed govt intimidation, even murder (slaughter of a protesting UPNG student recently), and the trade union leaders who at least provide hope are they themselves getting advisory positions in the government mechanism to pacify them from opening their mouths.

Where is this democracy (or lack thereof) taking us?

Rise up people of Papua New Guinea and say enough is enough.

The politicians in PNG will never change! They preach as Saints come election period and after that, their brain shrinks and their skull thickens. Look back at what the current government was peaching during the 2002 National Election campaign trail and what it is practising now. These devils can never change!

They don't care one bit for the people of PNG. Politicians that make such decisions do not have the people in their heart. They are there in the Haus Tambaran for themselves and their big fat pot bellies which is filled to the brim with greed, selfishness and corruption only.

The engagement of Mr. Diro is a corrupt deal and the government must know that it is regarded corrupt if the tax payers money is going to pay for a political crony's salary.

It's very scary for a simple Papua New Guinean like me to realise that every time the Government makes a decision like that, the country is slidding deeper into the abyss. My heart cries out for the people of PNG.

I pray that the good Lord will strike these type of leaders with the worse of curse available in his mighty power!
