Does anyone know the details of a tragic diving accident in Rabaul Harbour around 1970 when a German man (Horst Brandt?) died after suffering the bends? He had two friends on the boat with him, one of whom was his girlfriend (Valerie Richards or Richardson) who was a nurse at Nonga Base Hospital where he died.
