Hi there, I don't know if you remember me but I lived in Lae in 1964 - 66 and then Port Moresby 1966 - 1967. Short, but I remember heaps. You are all people whose names and faces I remember as well as appearing in my photo book form all that time ago. My father worked for the Electricity Commission in Lae and then Mobil in Port Moresby near Idubada. In Lae, we lived next door to Alan and Elizabeth Hall who were older than me (so born before 1962) but don't know the name of the street. Are you able to help with the name of the street?
Noddy, you and your parents visited and stayed with us in Lae and in Port Moresby. My parent’s marriage broke up shortly after which is probably an explanation for losing contact.
Debbie, we were best freinds in Prep but I think you had left Moresby when we came back from leave in Australia.
Christopher, my mum had a car accident, Veronica (your sister or aunt) was in the passenger seat. It was in our little mini minor and both of them were pregnant at the time. It was around 1967. Both were fine just in a great deal of shock.
Shona, you are in my 3rd birthday photo and I am in a birthday photo of yours.
