Motor Vehicle To POM CBD

Does anyone have any figures as to how many vehicles travel to/from Port Moresby's CBD during the weekdays. Either in the morning, lunch or after work.

I know the Land Transport Dept and National Road Safety Council might have these but have yet to hear from them.
