you won't be having such luck buying a house there,cheapest probably K300,000 buying block of land & building would probably be the best way to it.Still,Kokopo ,it's getting too expansive,trying to do that for my mum & it helps if you're there or or you know someone there.Eagles real estate,no e-mails but they have phone service,we went privatley hunting,got a land in Kenabot for K20,000 & kwik built,3 bedroom for K70,000.Call up lands or have someone run around looking if you want
