Would anyone be interested in buying a property at Islander Village?

If so, how much would you offer?

It is 3 bedroom town house with an extension to the back, ensuite, bar area with its own toilet and comes with a pool and plenty more space for further extension.

It is very hard to purchase a house for K350,000.00 @ Islander Village. The price range would be between K550,000 - K800,000.
