Just asking - What would a 4 bed room house (6 years old and well looked) go for at PJV village, Gerehu? The location is close to UPNG, POM National High School and shopping areas there.

I am thinking of selling my property there.

I would do my home work and sell the property at a price I want and not letting anyone determine for me.

It doesn't sound right when you're asking people in this forum to determine the value of your property.
