Injustice to national staff

The national staff are treated very badly by Graham ablett, food and beverage ditector, airways hotel, port moresby.He was terminated once in 2003 for swearing at national staff.he joined the same hotel back now and doing it again.all concerned please try to stop his racist behaviour in PNG.

I sympathise with your situation. It is not nice to be treated badly by someone, whether it is your boss, your spouse, friend, or even just a store keeper where you buy your groceries.

I would suggest writing a formal, but polite letter to his manager or the owner of the hotel. Tell him that it is in the hotel's best interest to have a happy staff and being abused by the beverage manager would not achieve that. It would cause unhappy and grumpy staff which would eventually affect how the staff interact with the customer of the hotel.

You can make this an anonymous letter if you feel more comfortable with that.
