-East Boroko Area towards NBC,
-Along the Angau Drive (Boroko),
-Minihi Avenue close to three mile area.
-Gordons 5 close to Australian High Commission

Thats an awful lot of money for a rundown place especially if you are paying cash upfront.

Maybe 150,000 - 200,000 might be more in the ball park but for what your offering you could proberbly pick up a decent place.

I think the location where I am interested in are prime areas and it's very hard to purchase a property between the amounts you mention. I spoke with some of the real estate agents in Pom and they mention the price range. Also I would like to demolish the run down property and build my own dream home.

I have been looking for property for the last 8 months and to say it's very hard to purchase around the area I am interested in.

Yes, I hope to find a buyer soon.

Try calling the real estate agents directly and they'll surely help out. It's hard to get help from this board. You may also look up the websites of PNG real estate agents to get their contact number. I hope I've helped.

Thanks guys! I have been contacting the real estate agents via emails and telephone and no one seems to be returnin' my calls or reply to my emails.

Most of the websites aren't updated and some are as old as September 2004.

Somebody is selling a recently renovated house in Boroko and it has a large yard. Its on sale for K380, 000.00. Its being currently rented at K600.00 per week.

Perhaps, you could buy that and live there and build your dream home at the back or next to it.
