Get access to the PNG Telikom White Pages Directory and look up Azerin Pty Ltd or Masurina Pty Ltd.

The Lands Department is also helpful too.

Otherwise it may be appropriate to talk to owners of the land / block that your interested in as many are owned privately.

Alotau is a small town and the receptionists in some cases tend to be the gossipmongers in town. So I'm not surprised that you've met with some 'quietness'.

Still it is a rather lovely place depending on what you intend to do or the sort of lifestyle you enjoy.

There is also a lady by the name of Greta Todurawai (I think) who is a local entrepreneur and has helped out a few people previously on this site.

If you can locate her posts she may give you some guidance.

She is the owner/manager of Napatana Lodge which should be listed in the white pages.

Three highset residential properties are on offer in Alotaus KB Development area. Two being brand new@ K150,000- and the third being renovated going for K100,000-. All having clear unencumbered titles.

We also understand theres a beachfront property going for K220,000- by a local expatriate. Do not think it will remain long on the market.
